Deliveroo
Deliveroo launched its Out-of-Home partnership with Forest in May 2025 with the goal of increasing brand awareness, brand preference and a brand new way to engage the busy Londoner. Each branded Forest ebike served as a moving billboard, activating a high visibility, mobile campaign across the capital by carrying Deliveroo’s iconic teal blue all through residential areas, high streets, parks, and business districts.
Impact was delivered (if you will pardon the pun) immediately. By the second month, Deliveroo saw measurable increases in physical presence, brand exposure, and digital engagement. This demonstrated how combining OOH with Forest’s active rider base delivered scalable results.
The Campaign

Forest deployed 4,000 branded bikes across the city in the month of May, with the eye-catching rear fenders instantly taking over the roads. We give back to our riders at Forest so we also launched a competition in tandem (get it?) with Deliveroo rewarding 10 lucky winners £50 Forest & £50 Deliveroo credit weekly. This instantly created a strong connection with Deliveroo and our users.
The campaign has seen week on week, month on month growth across all tracked metrics. The distance covered by Deliveroo bikes themselves could take you round the Earth 72 times - the popularity and increased usage of the bikes has firmly established Deliveroo’s brand in the capital.
Out of home visibility has a defined correlation with an increased in-app engagement. Therefore, we combined the out of home with a bespoke Forest Ads campaign. With over 25 million digital impressions, strong Click through Rates (CTRs) and the continuous growth in overall reach and click volume underline how our out of home brand visibility has fed digital engagement.
Impact
Deliveroo’s partnership with Forest demonstrates how our out of home strategy when paired with out in-app advertising can drive a measurable impact across multiple channels. Our results show that our mobile out of home platform actively boosts digital performance and deepens customer interaction. Deliveroo is now well positioned to scale their out of home branding in future campaigns.
