Two ways to sign up

Sign up through your Cycle to work Provider

Forest works with most Cycle to Work providers across the UK, making it easy for both employers and employees to get started.

Sign up directly with Forest

If your organisation doesn't yet have a Cycle to Work provider, you can sign up direct with Forest.

Step 1: Check your provider

If you already use a Cycle to Work provider, search for Forest on their platform to apply. No provider? No problem, you can register directly with us.

Step 2: Register your company directly

After your employee signs up, you’ll receive an email with a form to sign our online T&Cs and their Salary Sacrifice Agreement (SSA). Your organisation and employee will be set up in just a few minutes.

Step 3: Sign the SSA

After your employee signs up, you’ll receive an email with a form to sign our online T&Cs and their Salary Sacrifice Agreement (SSA). Your organisation and employee will be set up in just a few minutes.

Step 4: Payroll setup

Add the deduction to payroll, we handle everything else. Your team will receive invoicing and confirmation once their plan goes live and can start cycling straight away.

What happens if I leave the company?

Annual plans remain active until their end date. Monthly plans will cancel at the end of the month once you cancel. Please make sure you have notified of cancellation before the end of your employment.

Can I transfer my subscription if I change jobs?

No, if you move to a new employer, you’ll need to apply through their Cycle to Work Scheme. This will either be through signing up directly with Forest, or through your new employers benefits platform.
